terms and conditions • All product information is accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot guarantee all product descriptions are error free. • Design names and images are for your convenience only. Because of the difference in which printed material and computer screen display colours, the images depicted in this catalogue may not match the actual colours of the product. • Provided the goods are in stock, customers can expect delivery in 3 to 5 working days after payment. • Payment can be made by cheque, direct credit (Electronic Funds Transfer) or credit card. • Your order will be despatched once payment is received – or in the case of payment by cheque, when funds have cleared. • In the event we do not have enough stock to complete your order, we will advise you by phone or email. You may wish to have your requested items back-ordered at that point, take part delivery or cancel the order.
refund policy If a product you have ordered is not as described, you may cancel your order and return the goods to us in an unused re-saleable condition for a refund. See refund policy below. Goods returned to Byron Bibs must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, and should be sent registered delivery, as Byron Bibs cannot be responsible for lost packages. You must advise us of cancellation of an order within 48 hours of receipt of goods—please email or write to the address noted below. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. You will receive a refund within thirty days of our receipt of the goods. Goods will be replaced if damaged during delivery. Provided you notify us within seven days of the receipt of the goods, we will happily reimburse any delivery costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise, and will send replacement merchandise at no cost to you. |
